Wilmac Technologies and Carahsoft Partner to Bring AI-Powered Workforce Management to Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs)

ROCHESTER, Ny., ROCKVILLE, Md., and RESTON, Va. – April 2, 2026: Wilmac Technologies, an AI company, and Carahsoft Technology Corp., The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider®, today announced a partnership. Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Wilmac Technologies’ Public Sector distributor, making the Wilmac Continuity Workforce Management (WFM) platform available to Government agencies through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V, The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), E&I Cooperative Services Contract and The Quilt contracts.

Wilmac Continuity WFM is the first AI-powered workforce management platform purpose-built for PSAPs. It automates scheduling workflows, reporting and forecasting through Agentic AI, ‘Mac,’ eliminating the challenges of manual scheduling and ensuring every shift is covered. By saving time and increasing efficiency, it allows supervisors to focus on managing the center, improving telecommunicator wellness, increasing call response time and optimizing overtime.
