Wilmac Technologies Named to 2024 Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 List

Recognition Includes List of Fastest-Growing, Privately Owned Companies
Rochester, New York: Wilmac Technologies is pleased to announce that it has earned a spot on the 2024 Top 100 list of fastest-growing, privately owned companies in the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region. The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce will reveal the 38th annual Top 100 rankings at the awards celebration on Wednesday, November 6th in downtown Rochester.
“This year has been huge for us,” Wilmac Technologies President & CEO Stephen McDonnell Jr. said. “We’ve taken some major steps forward with our different customer interaction technology solutions, including Continuity Replay Cloud and our Cloud Contact Center partnerships. Building an internal development team, moving to a new office space to accommodate our growth, being named a Best Place to Work for in New York… all these achievements are a testament to now being named to the Top 100 list the first time we applied.”
To be eligible for the Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 program, companies must be privately owned, headquartered in the nine-county Rochester region, and have earned at least $1 million in revenue in each of the three most recent fiscal years.
Since McDonnell Jr. acquired Wilmac in November 2022, the theme has been growth. This past year, Wilmac invested in building an internal product development team to accommodate the demand for data management and archiving solution Continuity Replay Cloud. With the first hire made back in November, the team now has five members.
Wilmac has also made strides in the building of its Cloud Contact Center, or CCaaS practice group. Partnered with industry leaders NICE CXone and Five9, Wilmac brings opportunity to the Western New York region for many of the well-known WNY-based organizations like Wegmans, M&T Bank, Paychex, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, and others to improve their customer experience with customer-driven cloud solutions and artificial intelligence.

Wilmac Technologies will attend the Top 100 awards ceremony to find out its numerical ranking in early November but has no plans to slow down its ambitious growth goals as a people-first organization.
