Wilmac Technologies’ History

Wilmac’s journey mirrors the evolution of customer interactions itself. It is a testament to the power of vision, adaptation, and unwavering commitment to customer success.

Started in 1957, our history is rooted in recording. We began selling Workforce Optimization solutions in 1992 and have since become a leader in providing mission-critical voice & digital technology to businesses around the globe.

As the digital revolution accelerated, so did the complexities faced by Wilmac’s clients. Organizations found themselves needing more than just cutting-edge technology—they required a partner who could guide them through this complex evolution, ensuring their customer interaction strategies remained effective and future-proof.

Wilmac knew this and invested in this growth, expanding its team and bringing in experts from various fields. New office spaces buzzed with energy as the engineering and sales teams grew.

And as Wilmac evolved, so did its offerings.

The company ventured into cloud-based services, recognizing the inevitable shift in the industry. Working closely with customers, Wilmac discovered that they were frustrated that managing their voice data was not as easy and simple as it should be. In response to this common feedback, Wilmac’s proprietary product, Continuity Replay, was born.

Through all the growth and change, one thing has remained constant: Wilmac’s dedication to its customers. Every new service, every product development, every hire has been made with a singular focus—to help clients navigate the complex world of customer interactions.
