Wilmac Technologies’ History

Our history is rooted in recording. We’ve committed ourselves to understanding the communications recording and customer experience industries and identifying the best products and solutions for each.

Throughout the era of magnetic tape recording and the dominance of dictation equipment, to the glory of the Internet and the emergence of 21st-century voice technology, Wilmac Technologies has continually come out on top as an industry leader, helping businesses navigate and thrive in the evolving digital landscape.

We came into the business of selling Workforce Optimization (WFO) technology in 1992. Throughout the past 30 years, we’ve become a premier partner of NICE, Verint, and Calabrio, while bringing in other business and technology partners to resell our own solutions and services.

Our experience in the industry has put us in a unique position to work with some of the largest organizations to solve their compliance and data management needs. In 2015, several of our large banking customers came to us with the issue of being unable to access and quickly produce their call recording data for investigation. This request gave us the confidence to step into software development and Continuity Replay was born.

Now with a team dedicated to development alongside our tenured sales and services teams, we take on the evolving industry with the expertise and knowledge to find the best solution that will help you solve your communications recording, cloud contact center, compliance, and data management needs.
