Wilmac Technologies is looking for a qualified Business Development intern to conduct research and generate leads to hand off to the sales team, specifically for our Enterprise Information Archiving practice group and Continuity Replay solution.

The ideal intern will be energetic, creative, and willing to step out of their comfort zone to dive into understanding the Enterprise Information Archiving practice group, and software we are developing (Continuity Replay). You will gain hands-on experience working within our fastest growing practice group and develop a basic understanding of how to effectively prospect and conduct right party contact (RPC) research.

Wilmac Technologies is looking for a qualified Marketing Intern to assist in promotional efforts to generate leads, specifically for our Enterprise Information Archiving practice group and Continuity Replay solution.

The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You will gain hands-on experience working in omnichannel campaigns, specifically with email, social media (primarily LinkedIn), and content creation. These challenging and meaningful projects will be completed with guidance from the head of the marketing department and the rest of the marketing team.

Wilmac Technologies is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team for the Spring 2024 semester! You will work alongside our engineering team to write and implement code within our client databases and streamline their businesses with the Wilmac IP. You’ll be able to suggest customizations (and work on modifications) to our apps, based on each client’s individual needs.

You will be working in our Enterprise Information Archiving practice group, specifically with our Continuity Replay solution.

Wilmac Technologies is looking for a qualified Accounting Intern to assist the Controller in the Administration and Accounting department. The ideal intern will be an accounting major who is at a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior class level. You will gain hands-on experience working with our Controller and develop a basic understanding of accounting and administrative policies in a business-to-business (B2B) and software company.
