This position is available on a semester basis:

Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified marketing intern to assist in promotional efforts to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You will gain hands-on experience working in omnichannel campaigns, specifically with email, social media (primarily LinkedIn), and content creation. These challenging and meaningful projects will be completed with guidance from the head of the marketing department and the rest of the marketing team.
The internship position is available in-person in our Rochester, NY office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Help coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Design and execute social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Write and send emails with a clear call to action and value proposition using Pardot
- Create and brand marketing collateral (eBooks, brochures, case studies, etc.)
- Write and publish blog posts using WordPress
- Assemble storyboards for animated video concepts
- Research industry trends and consumer opinions to propose adjustments to current strategies
- Clean, manage, & update Salesforce
Requirements
- Marketing major and/or minor, Junior grade-level and above
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude; not afraid to bring up new ideas and take ownership of projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
- Experience with social media, website development, and CRM platforms a plus

Logistics
- Available for at least 4-hour increments for 15-20 hours per week within the regular 8:30-5 business
day; negotiable based on schedule - Pay negotiable; starting at NY state minimum wage of $15.50 / hour. Applicant encouraged to
research additional grant funding through the school (Ex. SPARK Grant at Nazareth University) - Can be used for college credit
