Voice, data, and screen capture is fully automated to ensure consistent quality monitoring across large environments, helping set performance benchmarks for management. 

A quality management tool, NICE Universe allows contact center managers to assess training needs by listening to calls and monitoring screen activity simultaneously. 

Discontinued from the NICE product range, support for NICE Universe, continues to become more limited. We recommend upgrading your compliance recording solution to ensure all communications are being recorded and retained in your environment.
