Calabrio ONE is a comprehensive workforce optimization and customer engagement software suite designed for contact centers to deliver better customer service and improve the overall customer experience. Now operating in the cloud, several of Calabrio ONE’s on-premises versions are nearing end-of-support and/or end-of-life. 

Some of the Calabrio ONE suite’s key functions include call recording, quality management, workforce management, omnichannel support, and more. 


As more organizations move to the cloud, we’re seeing more on-premises versions of the Calabrio ONE suite be sunset. We are firm proponents of organizations moving their contact centers to the cloud, and offer a vendor agnostic, consultative approach to guide you to a more scalable, comprehensive solution for your unique business needs.

Calabrio on-premises versions 9.5 and 10.4 reached end-of-support in June and November 2021, respectively. On-premises versions of Calabrio ONE 9.4 and earlier and v10.0 to 10.3 will reach end-of-life on June 30, 2024.
